This apartment measures approximately 35 square meters and is always located on the first floor: Studios offer spacious environments equipped with every comfort that will help your child to feel like at home.
Among the services available you will find kitchenette, crockery and pans, fridge and freezer, oven or grill, TV, double bed, single bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe and equipped veranda. Our verandas are always equipped and offer a panoramic view of the sea. We have designed them for moments of relaxation and outdoor dining.

The prices are intended per week and are inclusive of electricity, water and gas consumption, Air conditioning, car parking, free Wi-Fi in common areas, use of the swimming pools, free shuttle service to the beach.

Final cleaning: € 40,00,
Tourist tax: € 1,50 per day per person for up to a maximum of 10 days, children up to 12 years do not pay.
Security deposit: € 100,00 per apartment

Laundry with washing machine use: € 5,00 per washing, detergent, included;
Bed linen: € 9,00 per person per week;
Bathroom linen: € 6,00 per person per week;
Cradle € 20,00 per week on reservation;
Small pets allowed to be indicated at the time of booking: € 50,00 for final cleaning.
Rules:
- The booking is binding from the moment of the receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount;
- The Guests are kindly requested to settle their payment at the time of taking possession of the apartment;
- Arrivals must take place from 15:00 to 19:00;
- Departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
- In case of early departure the guest must pay the fare for the remaining period;
- The apartments can be occupied only by the maximum number of people allowed: in any case infants 0/2 years, also with your own cot are always counted as persons.
-The pool is open from 8 am to 1pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory when entering the water. You are welcome to buy them in our bar.
- At the reception we are there for you every day from 8.00 am. to 12.30 pm. and from 3.00 pm. to 7.00 pm.
